7 calendar days if any missing information not reported
to the corresponding specialist in the Preparation Unit,
then the appraisal specialist will be responsible for
preparing this information by this Unit’s own budget and
time and report it accordingly if major adjustment
arises.

3.
Field appraisal.
Verify
and assess all appraisal conditions verifiable at
site. |

Concerns and aspects which cannot be verified during
desk appraisal will be verified and assessed in a field
appraisal and a field appraisal report will be
submitted.

4.
Prepare the Appraisal Report Summary and provide
recommendations for submission either to the Appraisal
Review Committee or to the Preparation Unit. |
Appraisal Specialist |
Final
desk assessment. If minor adjustments with less than 3
days work time necessary then project will be adjusted
by the appraisal specialist. If major project
adjustments are required, then the PFD shall be sent
back to a corresponding preparation specialist. |

5.
Final approval by ARP and submission to the Program
Manager. |
